Q：How about your sample policy ?

A：Since we're specializing in custom POP, POS display, most of our products are particularlly designed for a customer. If you ask for a custom sample, we'll charge 3 times of unit price when you confirm sample order, and these charge could be refunded to you once your order q'ty up to our MOQ.

If you ask for an existing model and we happen to have that sample in stock, we'll charge the equal value to the unit price. If the value is below $45, we'll waive the sample charge.

The international courier charge will be on your account.

 

Q：What is your usual payment terms ?

A：Our usual payment terms are,

1. 50% deposit upon order confirmation, balance to be paid once goods shipped;

2. L/C at sight

 

Q：Is there any warranty for your goods?

A：Yes, we have 1 Year Limited Warranty for all our shipment. Please find our warranty policy below.

 

Shanghai Shiquan warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship as outlined below:

1. For a period of 1 years from the date of shipment from China, Shanghai Shiquan will replace defective parts on the product at no charge. Customer is responsible for Shipping and Handling.

2. This limited warranty applies to all components of the product.

3. This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or normal wear.
